Fit for Work Announces Development of its Safety Champion Program

What is the Goal of the FIT for WORK Safety Champion Program?
Development of a cohesive safety compliance team comprised of personnel from multiple non-competing industries.

Why this?

Many clients have asked us:

  • What can I do to enhance my safety program or at least be compliant when I don't have the budget or need for a full time safety manager?
  • Is there a cost effective way to identify, train, and professionally develop one of my own people to lead our safety program?
  • How can I be sure that the program continues to maintain compliance?
  • How can I get the benefit of a CSP (Certified Safety Professional) without a full time cost?
  • What can you do for the small to medium sized companies?
How does it work?
  • The first step is a comprehensive onsite evaluation of your safety program with specific and individualized steps toward reaching and maintaining compliance;
  • Your employee will attend a monthly workshop attended by no more than four other participants representing complimentary but non-competitive industries;
  • Each participant will work within their area of need while contributing to the team as a whole, thereby maximizing the learning experience but minimizing the learning curve;
  • The FIT for WORK CSP will assist in research, program development, topic specific training, and overall program facilitation.
