What is the Goal of the FIT for WORK Safety Champion Program?
Development of a cohesive safety compliance team comprised of personnel from multiple non-competing industries.

- The first step is a comprehensive onsite evaluation of your safety program with specific and individualized steps toward reaching and maintaining compliance;
- Your employee will attend a monthly workshop attended by no more than four other participants representing complimentary but non-competitive industries;
- Each participant will work within their area of need while contributing to the team as a whole, thereby maximizing the learning experience but minimizing the learning curve;
- The FIT for WORK CSP will assist in research, program development, topic specific training, and overall program facilitation.
